Internet Clicker website disconnecting on phone?
A problem users may experience when connecting by phone is their phone falling asleep and disconnecting them from the clicker, to fix this issue:
- Presenters must click the settings cog in the top right of their screen, once this is done simply turn on the Keep screen awake button
This will force the presenters phone screen to remain active and not lock, preserving the connection.
